At Casanova Estudio we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains who is responsible for processing, what data we process through https://casanovaestudio.com/, for which purposes and legal bases, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights.

Depending on how you use the Site, we may process:

  • Contact data that you voluntarily send us (name, email address, telephone number, message and project details) through contact or enquiry forms (for example, Studio Ninja / Site forms), WhatsApp or email.
  • Technical and usage data (IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, date and time) when necessary for Site security or, if you consent, for analytics and marketing.
  • Cookie and similar-technology data, according to your choice in the consent banner (managed with Complianz). Details are available in the Cookie policy.

We do not ask for special categories of data. Please do not send us sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to:

  • Handle enquiries and quotations (forms, email, WhatsApp): take pre-contractual or contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where appropriate, pursue our legitimate interest in managing the commercial relationship (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Manage customer relationships (photography/video commissions, invoicing and accounting/tax obligations): comply with a legal obligation and/or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(c) and (b) GDPR).
  • Maintain Site security and proper operation: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Web analytics and/or advertising (if active and only after your consent): consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie panel (“Manage consent”).

Simply browsing the Site does not mean that you accept this policy or consent to non-essential cookies.

We use a consent-management system (Complianz) to inform you and, where applicable, obtain your consent before installing non-essential cookies (for example, analytics or marketing cookies).

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. It may be accessed by providers that deliver services necessary to operate the business and the Site (for example, hosting —Dinahosting—, email, form/CRM tools such as Studio Ninja, or analytics/advertising services only if you have consented), acting as processors where applicable and subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

We will also disclose data when required by law (Tax Administration, competent authorities, etc.).

As a general rule, we seek to have data processed in the European Economic Area. If a provider involves an international transfer, it will be carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

  • Enquiries / quotations: the time needed to handle them and, if there is no commission, a reasonable subsequent period (at most the period necessary for potential claims), unless you request erasure earlier where applicable.
  • Customers / invoicing: the statutory commercial and tax retention periods.
  • Cookies / analytics: as stated in the cookie policy and the configuration of each tool, or until you withdraw consent.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is 100% secure; if we detect a relevant incident, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

The Site is not directed at children under 14. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with data, please contact us so that we can delete it.
