How long does it take to deliver the final photographs?
It depends on the complexity and length of the event; the standard delivery time is one week. We can also deliver a selection of photographs on the spot (unretouched) for social media or other event coverage communications.
Do you edit the final photographs?
Our event photography service includes image editing to meet high visual-quality standards. Higher-end retouching such as skin work or removing unwanted people/objects isn’t included unless requested for a specific photograph, added as an extra to the initial quote.
Is a deposit required to book? What if the session is cancelled?
The quote depends, as we’ve noted, on the project itself and what you need to make your idea real. We ask for a 30% deposit of the total to reserve the session date, and the remaining 70% within one week of delivering the final work.
You can cancel with a full refund of the deposit up to one week before the session date; after that the deposit is non-refundable because we will have reserved the full day (or even several) exclusively for the session.
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and a justified reason, such as a change of event dates. Changes can be made up to 3 times; after that the session is cancelled with no refund.
Besides photography, do you also shoot video?
Yes — if you’d like video coverage of the event as well, Casanova Estudio can provide both services so you keep the most complete record of your event.
