A potential client is looking for your product or service. They search on Google or social media and suddenly your name — or your company’s — appears.
They visit your website, your LinkedIn profile, your Instagram…
… and you’re nowhere to be seen.
What is a corporate photography or portrait session?
You’ve probably heard this more than once: “you only get one chance to make a good first impression.”
Online, that line matters more than ever: we’re one click away from someone leaving our website or social profile.
You have a few seconds to connect with that potential client and make them feel they can trust you — even before you meet in person.
A professional corporate photography session helps put a face to your company or brand and show the human side of your business.
Because yes, what we buy are products or services — but we buy them from people we like, from the companies and people we’ve connected with and trust.
Without trust, there’s no sale. Without a sale, there’s no business.
No matter how digital communication rules change, how many new social networks appear, or what new digital marketing trends emerge…
Creating that first connection with your client will always require the same thing: that they can see you and get to know you.
That’s why every company, brand or professional who wants to stand out from the competition and connect with clients needs to invest in a corporate photography session.
What can a corporate portrait do for your brand, business or profession?
As you can see, a corporate portrait isn’t a whim or a “nice extra” for your business:
It’s an investment every company, brand or professional needs so they aren’t just “one more” in their field.
Is a corporate photography session right for YOU?
If your profile is here, our answer is… yes, definitely!
You know that today your business also needs to be digital to get known and reach more potential clients.
But making the leap online goes beyond having a website or social profiles: you need to connect, communicate and show the human side of your business. Your clients want to get to know you — and for that, they need to see you.
Working on corporate image is no longer reserved for big companies.
There are thousands of entrepreneurs like you taking their projects digital who need to invest in visual identity to stand out from the competition and give their brand that touch of “authenticity” that makes people choose you.
More and more interviews and work meetings happen online (Zoom, Teams…).
Your image will be their first impression of you: a professional photograph on your LinkedIn, CV or other platforms will reflect your professionalism and help you stand out.

What are our corporate portrait photographs like?
What do you need? Which media will you use these photographs on? What do you want to achieve with them? Our corporate photography sessions adapt to you.
Your needs and goals are unique to us — that’s why we don’t believe in generic, mass-produced photographs, but in the most personal version of this kind of photography.
You don’t need an “ID photo” or a “serious profile shot” — you need a corporate portrait.
Do you see yourself as an innovative person? If so, your photographs should reflect that too.
A passport-style photo or a shot of you with arms crossed staring defiantly at the camera won’t help you sell more.
Why? Because what matters isn’t the photograph — it’s the person in it and the personality they convey.
One of the main mistakes companies and brands make is not staying consistent between who they are and how they show up to the public.
For example: on your website and socials your tone is fun and playful, but then your photographs look serious.
That inconsistency turns into a lack of trust and, therefore, affects your client’s final decision to choose you.
That doesn’t mean you have to smile in every corporate photograph to be likeable.
It means that if you’re doing this session so clients get to know you better, you need to be yourself during the shoot.
What kind of corporate photography do you need?
We tailor the session to you
Studio photographs on a neutral background are perfect for your business website, social media or professional profiles on different platforms.
These photos are the first thing anyone sees when they discover you, and they play a decisive role in creating that feeling of “I’ve come to the right place”.
This is photography of you and your team in your workplace — working, in a meeting or posing informally.
They don’t just humanise your business; they also open the doors to a potential client and help them visualise what it would be like to use your services or buy your product.
A picture is worth a thousand words

Made it this far and still have questions?
Don’t leave with any doubts!
How long does the session last?
Corporate photography sessions usually last between one and two hours.
Even so, we want you to enjoy the experience without the pressure of time “running out,” so we won’t schedule another session after yours — we work at a calm pace and finish when we have what we’re after, not because the clock ran out.
Can I add more photographs to the plan I choose?
Of course! Across the session we’ll take hundreds of photographs, so you can add more to your corporate portrait package.
The price per additional photograph, retouching included, is €50 + VAT. Extra photographs are edited the same way as the others and delivered in high resolution, with no signatures or watermarks.
Do you retouch the photographs you deliver?
Although some images look great straight out of camera, we always apply high-end retouching to every photograph we deliver.
It’s a natural, subtle finish — no Instagram filters you can spot from across the room. We want you to see and recognise yourself in your photographs.
Can I choose the final photographs?
Our corporate photography sessions adapt to you and what you need, so it wouldn’t make sense if you didn’t have the final say in choosing the photographs that made the strongest impression.
We’ll advise you on the selection, but you’re the one who decides at every step.
Can I change outfits during the session?
Yes — in fact, some clients bring a small suitcase so they can shoot with different outfits. It’s up to you, and if you’d like to, we plan for it in your session.
At Casanova Estudio we have a changing area and hangers so you can hang your clothes without worrying about wrinkles during the shoot.
Is a deposit required to book? What if the session is cancelled?
The quote depends, as we’ve noted, on the project itself and what you need to make your idea real. We ask for a 30% deposit of the total to reserve the session date, and the remaining 70% within one week of delivering the final work.
You can cancel with a full refund of the deposit up to one week before the session date; after that the deposit is non-refundable because we will have reserved the full day exclusively for your session.
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and a justified reason (up to 3 times; after that the session is cancelled with no refund).
I live in another city but want to book with you. Do you travel?
Yes, we can travel without a problem. Tell us where you need us and we’ll give you a personalised quote tailored to what you need.
How long does it take to deliver the final photographs?
It depends on the project and the total number of photos to retouch; we’ll give you a delivery timeline once we know more about what you need — the approximate turnaround is two weeks.
